1. About Us

Gemzara (48 Rue Blondel, 51100 Reims, France) is the seller of goods purchased through this website.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT (20%). Payment is processed securely via Stripe (PCI-DSS certified).

3. Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 working days from order confirmation. You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.

Cancellation: You can cancel or change your order within 2 hours of purchase; after that, it goes into preparation and can no longer be cancelled before delivery.

4. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To cancel, contact us at contact@gemzara.com. Return postage costs are your responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5. Consumer Rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

You have a legal right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If goods are faulty, you have the right to a repair, replacement or refund. Contact us at contact@gemzara.com.
