Not in love with your order? You can return it. Here is exactly how it works, simply and at no cost.
How to return an item
- Email us with your order number to request a return.
- We confirm and send you a prepaid return label. Returns are free.
- Drop the parcel at your nearest post office.
Return conditions
- 14-day right of withdrawal. Under EU law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs (sending the parcel back) are paid by the customer, except for a defective item or an error on our part, which we cover.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Original delivery charges are refunded for a full-order return made within the 14-day withdrawal period.
